It was love at first smell. I knew right away that this is my kind of city. Tolerant, liberal, chaotic, vibrant. Dogs everywhere. And great people who love dogs. You see them together, on bikes, on boats, walking, jogging or just chillin out.
And all these fine smells hanging in the air. Like a blend of heavy perfume from the Red Light District, pot smoke from the coffeeshops and the subtle aroma of the canal water. People might not even notice but for us dogs it is simply delicious. Still today I love strolling along the canals inhaling the hearty aroma.
