Delivery of our products

Our Pim’s Home made dog cookies are handmade for you and therefore it can take up to 5 working days to receive your order. Our packages are sent with PostNL. After dispatch, estimated delivery times are as follows:
Netherlands: 1-2 business days
Europe: 7-10 business days (delivery outside The Netherlands not possible at this moment)

The orders are delivered to the address entered during the ordering process.

If the delivery is delayed or if an order cannot or can only partially be delivered, then you will be notified of this within 30 days of the date on which you placed the order. In such cases, you have the right to cancel the agreement free of charge. It is also possible for us to resend the products ordered. Following cancellation, Pim’s Home made will immediately refund the money paid.

When and how can I return a product?
You have the right to cancel any agreement with Pim’s Home made free of charge within 14 days, without giving reasons (right of withdrawal). Before sending the product back to us, we request that you send an e-mail to dogsenjoyamsterdam@gmail.com stating that you wish to return the product. You will then receive confirmation of this return notification. Although you are not obliged to give a reason, we would like to know why you are returning the product, as this helps us to further improve our products and services.

The 14-day reflection period begins as soon as you receive the products in your order. You then have 14 days to return the product to us. Only the direct costs required to return the product(s) are at your expense. You do not have to pay these costs in the following situations: the product is spoiled, the wrong product has been delivered, serious damage has been caused to the product, or the product is past its expiry date.

We kindly request that you treat the product and the packaging with care during the reflection period. The product must only have been unpacked or used to the extent necessary to inspect the nature, the characteristics or the function of the product. The basic principle is that you can use and inspect the product in the same way as you could in a physical store.

The amount paid for the returned product will be refunded to you, excluding postage costs, as soon as possible. This will be done no later than 14 days following the cancellation of the agreement and via the same method as was used to pay for the product, unless otherwise specified.
