DE 9 STRAATJES
The Nine Little Streets are on of the nicest shopping areas, located next to the Jordaan. Whether you look for chique or casual fashion and accesories – here is where you find it. The individual shops, concept stores and local brand stores have a relaxed, dog friendly atmosphere. If your fluffy friend needs to refuel there are a number of nice cafés and restaurants around.

PC HOOFTSTRAAT
This street had been built at the end of the 19th century, at the same time as the neighbouring Vondelpark. At that time it was an ordinary residential street whereas today it is the catwalk of Amsterdam. It features a wide range of high fashion brands such as Chanel, Prada, Gucci, Hermes, Valentino, Zegna etc but you also find more budget-friendly brands such as Hilfiger, Massimo Dutti or American Vintage.

LEIDSESTRAAT
This popular shopping street starting at Leidseplein offers a mix of small shops, individual boutiques and flagship stores like Ted Baker, Adidas or Michael Kors. The walking zone crosses the main canals Prinsengracht, Keizersgracht, Herengracht and Singel and is not admitted for cars and bycicles. Various tram lines are riding in the middle of this narrow street so you should be extra alert.

BIJENKORF
What Saks Fifth Avenue is for New York or Harrods for London that is Bijenkorf for Amsterdam. The high class warehouse located on the Dam has a long-standing tradition and is known for its exquisite collection. You will find clothes, shoes, jewelery, accessories, cosmetics, furniture and home deco, from local and international brands, all under one roof. If you look for the latest trends or most unique products, this is the place to look. More inf
