VONDELPARK

Vondelpark in the heart of Amsterdam is the most popular park and should be on the top of your list. Dogs are allowed to run free almost everywhere except on play grounds and nature reserves. Beware of the speedy bicycles, skateboards and other vehicles riding on the asphalt ways. For the rest you can enjoy walking, playing, hanging out or settling at one of the cafes in the park – the VondelCS, Het Blauwe Teehuis, Groot Melkhuis and De Tuinen. Vondelpark also has an open air theater featuring music or cultural acts expecially in the summer months.
